Appropriate for those wanting to understand where to start. A comprehensive meeting, delivered via Zoom/Teams, to explore constructing a home.

We will run through what needs to be done, what you need to do, when you need to do it, identify risks, and how to mitigate risks. The consultation will facilitate an in-depth study of your ideas to map your options; materials, requirements, etc.

This is a journey through the entire build process, providing insight into, and understanding of, what you want and how to make it happen. At the end, you will feel confident to start putting your ideas into reality.

3.Cost Planning & Value Engineering

Accommodating those who are ‘hands on’, an accurate and up to date full cost plan (underpinned by Bill of Quantities and Requirements) reflecting your approved drawings.

This will facilitate managing the build process with confidence that quotes are reasonable throughout delivery. As part of the process, design and requirements will be value-engineered to ensure you spend on the right things.
